CF: Flowers Yay! #2

Flowers, colorful flowers! Don’t you just love them? They’re still blooming, so let’s do another round of this swap. Note: bullet item #2 is a little different than the first swap.

In this swap, we’ll have 2 partners. This is what we’ll do:

• Choose two floral cards (handmade or purchased) from your collection
• Write a short note (or a “rambling” note) on the inside of both cards, one to each partner telling about what flowers you’ve seen blooming in your area this spring.
• Put each card into a floral themed envelope (made from pretty floral paper, or decorated yourself with whatever medium you choose).
• Add a floral themed postage stamp to each envelope.
• Send each card on its merry floral way.
• Floral tuck-ins are optional.

Important Note: If your card or optional tuck-ins are bulky, make sure to add the correct amount of postage, including the non-machinable surcharge amount, which is required if there is a “hard lump (e.g, larger bling, like gems for one).” Tip: If there are thicker embellishments on your card, turning your card “inside out” may help pad it a little better for mailing.
